If a room is available, you can book it up to a day in advance. You can also make a cancellation free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

All our rooms are equipped with a whiteboard and projector.
You have free access to our WiFi throughout the building.
If you need a laptop or a flipchart during your course, workshop, seminar, training or workshop, please indicate this when making your reservation. We are happy to arrange it for you, at no extra cost.
Various table configurations are possible in our classrooms. We can discuss what works best for your needs when making your reservation.
The rental rate does not include the cost for coffee and tea. Inquire about our prices for unlimited access to our various coffees, cappuccinos and teas.
